Independent Strategic Review – Kaos Global
Appointment & Scope
We are proud to have been appointed as an independent consultancy firm to
conduct a comprehensive strategic review of our global client, Kaos. This review has
been undertaken in support of Kaos ongoing business development and strategic
advancement within the international strongman sports industry.
It is formally noted that, at the time of appointment, our firm had no prior operational
or industry-specific experience in the strongman sector. This review has therefore
been conducted with impartiality, objectivity, and a fresh market perspective; it has
afforded us a valuable opportunity to analyse the industry landscape and assess
current market operating conditions.
Commercial Perspective & Market Context
We understand global sales dynamics and market evolution, and we recognise that
all successful enterprises require structured adaptation, ongoing support, and
forward-looking strategic planning in order to sustain growth and competitiveness
within an ever-changing global marketplace.
Kaos presented a distinctive strategic profile: it operates and serves a worldwide
client base, yet retains the agility, focus, and character of a specialist enterprise. This
unique positioning constitutes a substantial competitive advantage and a uniquely
valuable asset to thousands of athletes, coaches, and sporting events across the
strongman community globally.
Key Observations & Findings
Our review identified two principals at the heart of Kaos whose credentials extend to
holding multiple world records across diverse disciplines within the sport. Beyond
their athletic distinction, they are dedicated, vocation-driven coaches who
demonstrate deep commitment to the development, standards, and future progress
of strongman as a professional sport.
The level of personal commitment, enthusiasm, and unwavering dedication extended
to every athlete and client represented by Kaos is exceptional. This standard of
service and genuine investment in outcomes is not a commodity that can be
commercially replicated, marketed, or priced in conventional terms.
The substantial time, personal resource, and goodwill voluntarily dedicated beyond
contracted obligations are of incalculable value. Such discretionary effort is not
recorded as a cost to the business, nor is it factored into pricing or passed on to
clients, athletes, or partners in any form.
Most notably, we observed a rare and defining operational principle: both individuals
maintain an open-access policy to all who seek support, guidance, or assistance—including commercial counsel for peers, professional guidance for fellow
coaches, and urgent support for athletes in times of need. This availability is
unconditional, without prejudice, and without expectation of recompense.
Independent Conclusion
Based upon this independent review, we conclude that Kaos possesses a
combination of elite athletic credibility, global reach, bespoke service standards, and
community standing that is unmatched in the sector. These attributes, when aligned
with structured commercial strategy, scalable processes, and global market focus,
position Kaos for significant international growth, enhanced commercial partnerships,
and expanded market leadership.

INDEPENDENT REVIEW — FINDINGS & CUSTOMER UPDATE
Review of External Claims
We were tasked with reviewing public comments and ongoing claims made by
certain individuals. We found these claims to be unjustified and entirely without
substance.
When we analysed Kaos’s actual trading and sales figures against the alleged
losses or missed sales cited in these claims:
The total financial impact equates to approximately 0.75% of the overall business.
Overall Assessment
To achieve these trading figures — with the business operated solely by two
individuals — is truly exceptional by any commercial standard. Based on our full
review, we award Kaos an overall rating of 4.7 out of 5 stars.
Areas Identified for Improvement
We identified three specific areas that gave rise to customer concerns. All matters
have now been addressed through the establishment of a dedicated customer
service team:
1. Transit & Delivery Issues
A small number of orders were lost in transit or subject to delays beyond
Kaos’s control via third-party delivery providers. All affected customers have
been contacted and these matters are now resolved.
2. Premises Relocation & Communications Disruption
Some enquiries and orders were missed during the transition from old to new
premises. This disruption was directly caused by structural and service
damage inflicted by a third-party network provider operating adjacent to the
property — entirely outside Kaos’s control. All affected customers have since
been contacted and these orders are being progressed.
3. Supply Chain & Manufacturing Transition
Quality control issues arose with manufactured items that did not meet Kaos’s
expected standards, compounded by delays during the transition to a new
manufacturer. Kaos took the responsible decision to cancel all affected
orders. Kaos deeply regrets the inconvenience and disappointment this has
caused.
Resolution & Support
Every customer affected by the above issues has been contacted directly by the new
customer service team, and all cases are being actively resolved. Should any customer have concerns regarding any purchase — past or present —
please contact the dedicated customer service team who will deal with your enquiry
directly:
FURTHER REVIEW & LEGAL CLARIFICATION ON UNJUSTIFIED CLAIMS
Our review has determined that the public comments and ongoing claims made by
certain individuals are unjustified and entirely without substance.
It is our stated intention to: ï‚· Conduct a further, detailed review of all such individual claims and associated
statements; ï‚· Seek formal legal clarification and advice regarding the standing, origin, and
dissemination of these claims, and the position of the individuals responsible
for making or propagating them.
This review will assess the veracity, motivation, and potential impact of each claim —
including any elements of false information, misrepresentation, or harm caused to
Kaos, its reputation, trading position, or personnel. Appropriate legal avenues will be
considered to address any conduct found to be unlawful, malicious, or detrimental to
the business.
We reserve all rights to pursue such further action — civil or criminal — as may be
advised in light of legal clarification, should these individuals continue to advance
claims found to be baseless, misleading, or damaging.
