Welcome to our Autumn Teen Comp!

Sunday 21st September!

 

At Kaos we are passionate about developing athlete of all levels and now proud to announce the under 15s category will be included in our teen comps all year. There is no minimum age to sign up however under 16s will be required to have a parent or guardian present throughout and under 13s will have an added waver to sign.

 

Please note the event is fully insured and we will have qualified medical staff present throughout. Dedicated to offering opportunity and platforms for passionate young athletes but just as dedicated to keeping them safe!

 

All athletes will be required to prove age on the day.

 

The age Classes include that age and under. So a 17yo can enter U17. They can alternatively enter U19 if they would like to push themselves.

 

Day Passes available at Kaos if they would like to train between now and the competition. We have qualified experts at hand to guide them through if needed and day passes are available 7 days a week but need to be booked in unless attending our open Gym Saturdays between 11-3pm

Organised by 3x Worlds Strongest Woman Rhianon Lovelace. The youngest female World Champion in the Sport winning her first title in Powerlifting at 18 and her first world title in Strongwoman at 21.

Spectators and families welcome. Tickets can be purchased on the day with under 16's free.

They will collect their competition t-shirt during registration on the day of competition between 8 am and 9am with the competition starting at 10am.

 

Doors Open for spectators and athletes at 8am.

This Competition will run alongside the Women's Team Competition.

Event 1

Axle Press FTOH

As many reps as possible. Can choose which weight to hit- any reps at heavier beat any reps at lighter.

U19s 70 or 90 or 110kg

U17s 60 or 80 or 100kg

U15s 50 or 70 or 90kg

Event 2

Standard Deadlift for reps (Texas Deadlift Barbell)

60s time limit

As many reps as possible. Can choose weight, any reps at heavier beat any reps at lighter.

U19s 160 or 200 or 240kg

U17s 140 or 180 or 220kg

U15s 120 or 160 or 200 kg

Event 3

Yoke Run

60s time limit

20m drop and turn at 10m

fastest time wins or distance taken if not completed . Athletes can choose which weight. Must complete atleast one length with heavier weight to score.

U19s 200 or 240 or 280kg

U17s 180 or 220 or 260kg

U15s 160 or 200 or 240kg

Event 4

Farmers walk

60s time limit

20m drop and turn at 10m

fastest time wins or distance taken if not completed . Athletes can choose which weight. Must complete atleast one length with heavier weight to score.

U19s 90 or 110 or 130kg per hand

U17s 70 or 90 or 110kg per hand

U15s 70 or 90 or 110kg per hand

Event 5

Sandbag Load Medley.

No Carry just load the Sandbag from directly Infront of the platform.

Similar to an Atlas Stone Run.

All bags must be loaded in order.

Loading height 48"
